The goal of BabySteps is lasting change, not a quick fix. By the time you’ve walked through the roadmap, you’ll have the tools, habits, and support you need to keep thriving in health while still focusing on your family, work, and other missions in life.
After you join, you’ll complete a quick onboarding form and get access to the coaching app. Joe will review your current lifestyle, schedule, and goals so he can set realistic first steps. You’ll also join the MisFits community right away for encouragement and support.
Your first BabySteps plan focuses on small, achievable changes — like hitting step goals, logging meals, and completing short, targeted workouts. This phase is about learning the rhythm and building consistency without overwhelm.
As you grow more confident, Joe increases your progression through the principle of progressive overload. Workouts adjust to your strength, energy, and time. Nutrition and activity goals also scale gradually so you never feel “all or nothing.”
It’s a system built for busy, mission-driven people who want their bodies to serve them — not slow them down.

Yes, we are so confident you will love this journey and get results that we have no contracts or deposits.
This program will require 30 min. per day and two workouts per week that last about an hour. I give you the assignments and you get them done ON YOUR OWN TIME.
Both! We have workout plans tailored to fit any lifestyle. Whether you have access to fully-furnished gym or you just want to work out at home with a set of dumbbells, we've got you covered.

At MissionFit, our goal is to give you the time to need transform your lifestyle habits, rather than feverishly shooting for a number on the scale. Instead of trying a few weeks of intense effort, we're going to take several months to build habits that will give you the results you want.
